The 2023-24 Topps Mercury Victor Wembanyama Chromium Insert Refractor Victor Wembanyama #VW-2 is a Basketball card. Ungraded copies carry a market value of about $353.47.
An ungraded copy is worth around $353.47, a PSA 9 around $384.82, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) around $462.00 and a pristine BGS 10 around $601.00. The gem-mint premium is modest (about 1.3× raw), so condition matters here but doesn't completely define the price.
Is it worth grading?
With raw copies near $353.47 and top grades reaching $462.00, grading a sharp copy of this card can clearly pay for itself — the spread comfortably covers a typical ~$25.00 grading fee. The catch: only submit copies with strong centering, clean corners, and unmarked surfaces, because anything below a 9 usually erases the math.
