The 2025 Topps Now Shohei Ohtani Black Foil #527 is a Baseball card (Black Foil parallel) released in 2025. Ungraded copies carry a market value of about $499.00.
An ungraded copy is worth around $499.00, a PSA 9 around $500.00, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) around $1,250.00, a pristine BGS 10 around $1 and625.00. The gem-mint premium is modest (about 2.5× raw), so condition matters here but doesn't completely define the price.
Is it worth grading?
With raw copies near $499.00 and top grades reaching $1,250.00, grading a sharp copy of this card can clearly pay for itself — the spread comfortably covers a typical ~$25.00 grading fee. The catch: only submit copies with strong centering, clean corners, and unmarked surfaces, because anything below a 9 usually erases the math.
