2006 Topps Finest Rod Smith Gold Refractor #89

2006 Topps Finest Rod Smith Gold Refractor #89 value & prices

The 2006 Topps Finest Rod Smith Gold Refractor #89 is a Football card (Gold Refractor parallel) released in 2006. Ungraded copies carry a market value of about $40.25.

An ungraded copy is worth around $40.25, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) around $110.99 and a pristine BGS 10 around $144.00. The gem-mint premium is modest (about 2.8× raw), so condition matters here but doesn't completely define the price.

Is it worth grading?

With raw copies near $40.25 and top grades reaching $110.99, grading a sharp copy of this card can clearly pay for itself — the spread comfortably covers a typical ~$25.00 grading fee. The catch: only submit copies with strong centering, clean corners, and unmarked surfaces, because anything below a 9 usually erases the math.
