The 1991 Skybox Magic Johnson Prototype #137 is a Basketball card (Prototype parallel) released in 1991. Ungraded copies carry a market value of about $4.00.
An ungraded copy is worth around $4.00, a PSA 9 around $28.00, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) around $39.99 and a pristine BGS 10 around $52.00. That's roughly a 10.0× premium for a gem-mint copy over raw — one of the clearest signals that condition-sensitive buyers dominate this card's market.
Is it worth grading?
The spread between raw ($4.00) and top-graded ($39.99) copies is fairly tight, so grading this card only makes financial sense for truly flawless copies — or for collectors who simply prefer slabbed cards for protection and display.
