The 2023 Panini Legacy Base Set Josh Downs Premium Penmanship Autograph Bronze #167 is a Football card (Premium Penmanship Autograph Bronze parallel) released in 2023. Ungraded copies carry a market value of about $9.99.
An ungraded copy is worth around $9.99, a PSA 9 around $15.72, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) around $54.17 and a pristine BGS 10 around $70.00. That's roughly a 5.4× premium for a gem-mint copy over raw — one of the clearest signals that condition-sensitive buyers dominate this card's market.
Is it worth grading?
The spread between raw ($9.99) and top-graded ($54.17) copies is fairly tight, so grading this card only makes financial sense for truly flawless copies — or for collectors who simply prefer slabbed cards for protection and display.
