The 2024 Topps 1989 Topps Baseball 35th Anniversary (Series 1) Jordan Westburg Black #89B-38 is a Baseball card (Black parallel) released in 2024. Ungraded copies carry a market value of about $6.63.

An ungraded copy is worth around $6.63, a PSA 9 around $18.59, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) around $48.64 and a pristine BGS 10 around $63.00. That's roughly a 7.3× premium for a gem-mint copy over raw — one of the clearest signals that condition-sensitive buyers dominate this card's market.

Is it worth grading?

The spread between raw ($6.63) and top-graded ($48.64) copies is fairly tight, so grading this card only makes financial sense for truly flawless copies — or for collectors who simply prefer slabbed cards for protection and display.
