The 1989 Perez Steele Celebration Postcard George Kell #22 is a Baseball card released in 1989. Ungraded copies carry a market value of about $11.50.
An ungraded copy is worth around $11.50, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) around $19.15 and a pristine BGS 10 around $25.00. The gem-mint premium is modest (about 1.7× raw), so condition matters here but doesn't completely define the price.
Is it worth grading?
The spread between raw ($11.50) and top-graded ($19.15) copies is fairly tight, so grading this card only makes financial sense for truly flawless copies — or for collectors who simply prefer slabbed cards for protection and display.
