The 2017-18 Donruss Optic Base Set De'Aaron Fox Blue Velocity #196 is a Basketball card (Blue Velocity parallel) released in 2018. Ungraded copies carry a market value of about $6.93.
An ungraded copy is worth around $6.93, a PSA 9 around $19.99, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) around $55.00 and a pristine BGS 10 around $72.00. That's roughly a 7.9× premium for a gem-mint copy over raw — one of the clearest signals that condition-sensitive buyers dominate this card's market.
Is it worth grading?
The spread between raw ($6.93) and top-graded ($55.00) copies is fairly tight, so grading this card only makes financial sense for truly flawless copies — or for collectors who simply prefer slabbed cards for protection and display.
