The 2020 Donruss Optic Base Set Davante Adams Purple #40 is a Football card (Purple parallel) released in 2020. Ungraded copies carry a market value of about $3.62.
An ungraded copy is worth around $3.62, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) around $34.05 and a pristine BGS 10 around $44.00. That's roughly a 9.4× premium for a gem-mint copy over raw — one of the clearest signals that condition-sensitive buyers dominate this card's market.
Is it worth grading?
The spread between raw ($3.62) and top-graded ($34.05) copies is fairly tight, so grading this card only makes financial sense for truly flawless copies — or for collectors who simply prefer slabbed cards for protection and display.
