1999 Finest Avery Johnson Gold Refractor #37

1999 Finest Avery Johnson Gold Refractor #37 value & prices

The 1999 Finest Avery Johnson Gold Refractor #37 is a Basketball card (Gold Refractor parallel) released in 1999. Ungraded copies carry a market value of about $54.00.

An ungraded copy is worth around $54.00, a PSA 9 around $49.00, a PSA 10 (Gem Mint) around $154.65 and a pristine BGS 10 around $201.00. The gem-mint premium is modest (about 2.9× raw), so condition matters here but doesn't completely define the price.

Is it worth grading?

With raw copies near $54.00 and top grades reaching $154.65, grading a sharp copy of this card can clearly pay for itself — the spread comfortably covers a typical ~$25.00 grading fee. The catch: only submit copies with strong centering, clean corners, and unmarked surfaces, because anything below a 9 usually erases the math.
